Mother, I love you!
An Ode to Nature
It was one of those comfy evenings you spend at home with a tea mug and watching your favourite TV series. My phone rang and I heard a voice telling me I was successfully selected to shoot at the sunflower field the coming weekend! I was glad .
I wanted to do something with a beautiful natural background and the sunflowers seemed to fit my plan perfectly!
The next day Gerhard and his wife picked me up from home and brought me to the spot. I faced an immensely beautiful and huge field of these sun-like flowers. Herbert was already waiting for us at the spot and these two turned out to be light and humorous people in love with photography and nature sceneries.
We did quite a lot of work: me changing outfits and hairdos, boys fighting with light and umbrella and we all trying not to freeze as the sunset, the dying rays of which we eagerly wanted to catch, was gone very soon.
At some point I offered to shoot in the opposite direction. Luckily, the generous Lower Austrian agriculture offered us a wheat field right there and we didn't have to look around. I stepped into a little meadow and... Res ipsa loquitur. We captured very inspiring moments.
Enjoy our open air work, where Muse visited us. We hope our modest effort here will encourage all to be more caring and protective of our precious natural environment.
